Aqua Jogging
Cross Country Ski
Kick Front To Back
Repeat the process at least ten times.
Kick Side To Side
Repeat the process at least ten times
Pendulum (Front to Back)
Repeat this process at least ten times
Pendulum (Side To Side)
Repeat this process at least ten times
Crunch With Shoot Thrusts
Bicep Curls
Tricep Curls

As explained before temperature is not an exact science. I have done it and cooler water and it still helps. It’s the exercise the exercise that matters most and the fact that you’re doing it in the water. This isn’t in deep water but these places do have deep water therapy as well. You do not have to go to a therapy place to take these classes.
I do mine at the ymca which is based on income. Also Deep Water is better than shallow water because you’re not putting weight on your feet. You also don’t even have to have chronic pain to take them either. Deep water aerobics has the same benefits if not more than swimming does. On average habitual swimmers are 20 years younger inside and out than their average age and deep water aerobics exercises had that too. Exercises on land do not do this.
